Custom ring FAQs
How long does a custom ring take?
Most custom projects take approximately 4-8 weeks after the design and stone are approved. Complex designs or special stone sourcing may require additional time, and we will confirm the expected timeline before production.
Can I choose natural diamond, lab-grown diamond or moissanite?
Yes. Sparcla offers natural diamonds, lab-grown diamonds and premium moissanite, along with selected colored gemstones. Availability and certification depend on the stone selected.
Will I see the design before it is made?
Yes. You will receive a CAD design showing the ring's proportions and construction. Production begins only after you approve the final design.
Can you create a ring from an inspiration photo?
Yes. Inspiration images help us understand the details you love. We use them as creative direction and develop an original Sparcla design rather than copying another designer's protected work.
Are custom rings returnable?
Because custom rings are created specifically for you, they are generally final sale. We provide design approval steps before production and will confirm all applicable terms before you place the order.
